Ambigram – Vista
I just thought of working on this one when I made an ambigram wallpaper for a friend. I liked how the ambigram of her name looked like as a wallpaper on my desktop so I decided to make one for myself. The word “vista” came to my mind since I am using Windows Vista and [...]
Ambigram – Doug
I am very much in the mood to work on ambigrams this week. I was able to work on three. This is my second ambigram for the week. The recent holidays are giving me plenty of time to work on them. This ambigram is for my boss. Sip sip ba. The design just came to [...]
Ambigram – Modee
Here’s an ambigram request from my officemate – Modee. Quite a unique name and I sometimes wonder where that name came from. But she says that its easy to remember the name by associating it with the word “model”. That closely describes her as well. So I made an ambigram that seems to be fit [...]
Ambigram – Conor
Here’s another ambigram request. This one is from Conor. I choose to work on this ambigram because it might be a bit simple. I am in a hurry to make one and I just decided to work on something I can finish within a day. The o-n-o inversion is simple. You can do it by [...]
Ambigram – Dylan
I received a request last June from Nick. Nick requested for an ambigram for his son Dylan. I had other requests but I thought Dylan would be a nice name to work on. The D to N inversion would be a good challenge. Besides I would have 5 letters to work on so it won’t [...]
Ambigram – Paulo
After a long while, I managed to pull off one ambigam. This is a request from Paulo. I still have a list of request in my inbox but can’t find the time to make them. Some request are quite challenging.
I still used an English font for this ambigram. It worked pretty well for this name. [...]
Ambigram – AMICUS
Here’s an ambigram of Amicus. AMiCUS stands for Adventist Ministry to College and University Students. It’s an organization for Adventist students who are studying in non-Adventists Schools. I was not part of this organization during my college years but I know friends who have an Amicus in thier schools.
Here are two ambigrams for Amicus.
Ambigram – Thank You
Here’s an ambigram for the words Thank You. It’s my entry to the Nagfa Ambigram Challange. Nagfa is another ambigram artist from Singapore. He regularly cooks up some challenging ambigrams for artists all over the world to take on. It’s interesting to view the designs of other artists. I can’t wait until April’s Challenge is [...]
Ambigram – Orrin
As requested by Portia, here’s the ambigram for her son, Orrin. Orrin’s full name is Orrin Elessar Kleiven. Whew. But I’ll settle for just the first name. That made this ambigram a bit easier.
The O-N inversion was quite hard. I have to make several revisions to come up with the design. I added a border [...]
